Finally started on Hayden's room!

We finally started putting together Hayden's room today. Guess it's about time since I have a little less than 6 weeks left until my due date! We didn't get it finished and we still need to get another glider and night stand but we are making progress. I'm going to start going through the storage containers full of Tanner's old clothes this week and try to get some stuff washed and put away. It's always interesting with Tanner since he wants to "help" with everything. Here are a few progress pictures. I will post more when we finish getting the room put together.

Helping daddy put in some of the screws :)
We got Tanner a tool out of the garage just like daddy was using so he could help with the bed.
Dan's showing/helping Tanner tighten one of the screws.
Tanner thought he needed to give the bed a few test jumps!

Thank you Nana and Grandpa Smith for the crib!!!

We have the bedding and everything to go in the crib too. I still have to get it washed up and put on. I'm not sure what my deal is this time...my "nesting" and sense of urgency hasn't really hit me yet. Guess it could be that I am trying to keep up with a toddler who wants to be very active all the time!

Tanner cracks us up all the time. He's really into musical instruments, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks, tractors and pretty much anything that moves. He wants to help all the time and loves the vacuum cleaner. We bought a new vacuum from a friend that was PCSing so now we don't have to take out our big Dyson and the heavy transformer every time we want to clean the floors :) I'm loving it!

Tanner decided the vacuum would be his chair and the lamp on the floor that Dan's taking to base was a drum.

He's too cute and fun at this age!
