Texas Trip

I'm so thankful my dad was able to fly to Great Falls just to fly home with Tanner and I. He was such a huge help getting Tanner and I through security, on and off the plane and being there to help when needed.  Tanner did great on both flights and slept the whole time!  I was really worried he wouldn't sleep that night since he slept all day but he gave mommy a break and slept for 5 hours straight! Once we landed in Austin we drove another hour to Temple to stay with Ted, Allison and my nieces.  Nana was there to meet us to and to take my dad back to Houston.  Here are a few pictures from our first two weeks in Texas.

Grandpa and Tanner in the Denver airport
Tanner meeting uncle Ted and aunt Allison for the first time
 Tanner meeting cousin Natalie
Tanner and Natalie playing on the floor mat (Tanner is 6 wks and Natalie is 4.5 months)
 Dressed up for Halloween!
Trying to get all three cousins together for a picture...
After another road trip we made it to Houston and Tanner was VERY happy to be out of the car and playing on his floor mat at grandpa and Nana's house!
I am so thankful to have this opportunity to be in Houston for the last 6 weeks of my maternity leave! It's great to get to spend time with our family and for Tanner to get quality time with the ones we love! The next 4 weeks are going to go by so quickly with our busy schedule and the holidays coming up.  We can't wait for Dan to join us in Houston!
