Walking Walking Walking

The last time I jogged I was 14 weeks pregnant and it was the only time I got sick during my pregnancy.  Ever since then I have walked and walked and walked.  There is something about the fresh air and sunshine that makes every day better.  Even if the sun is hiding the fresh Montana air is amazing and makes it worth the effort to get out of the house.  So after Tanner arrived I didn't miss a beat and I started walking.  I figured I needed to work off the weight I gained during pregnancy since I'm a bridesmaid in two weddings in the next month.  Plus, Tanner seems to love the fresh air too!  Yesterday Tanner and I walked in the Breast Cancer Awareness 5K here on base.  It's a great event and I look forward to taking Tanner to many more races! Here are a few pictures from our walk.

Tanner is also growing like weeds these days! He is no longer in newborn clothes since he's to long and the onesies are to tight.  We weighed him on Wednesday and he's 9 lbs 13.5 oz. and in size 1 diapers.  He's also started to enjoy looking around and watching things light up and listen to music.  It's amazing watching his facial expressions...he's just so darn cute! :)
